Do you want to trace your family history but don't know where to start? Perhaps you live too far away to visit archives and libraries for personal research. Information may be available online but you don't know where to find it. Or you may have begun your own research and run into a "brick wall" which prevents you going any further. I offer a family history research service which can help you in all these situations. I can give you advice by email or telephone, do research for you at archives and on the internet, trace living relatives and compile family trees.
Family History Packages
Family history research makes an ideal and unusual gift for a loved one, perhaps to mark a special occasion such as the birth of a child, a wedding, anniversary or milestone birthday. I can put together a tailor made package for you, which can include both research and drawing up a family tree.
Family History Photography
I offer a family history photography service within 20 miles of my home in Chipping Sodbury. I will take photographs of gravestones, houses, churches, schools, places of employment and other sites connected to your family.
House History Research
Researching the history of a house requires the same skills as family history and many of the sources of information overlap. I have traced the history of my own house back to the man who built it in the late 17th century. I offer a house history research service within 20 miles of my home in Chipping Sodbury.
